If I do squats or any vertical weightlifting it hurts my back. And I am only 16! | This might sound sarcy but.. I've got an excellent idea.
Go to the doctor before you kill yourself. T-T
Bruce Lee had a major back injury form weight lifting.

Bruce Lee had a major back injury form weight lifting. | Meh. Herniated disks is a possibility but unlikely and often times misdiagnosed. Sounds to me more like he needs to strengthen his lower back muscles.

Home Country: | Advice from my high school gym coach:
If your arm is hurting you on Monday, but it is no longer hurting you on Tuesday, work it out on Tuesday. If you arm is hurting you in January, and is still hurting you in February. Start to work it out.
Although, I should note that he is referring entirely to muscular pains. Joint pains should be taken care of, rested and checked by a doctor if they persist. |

Body precesses such as producing melanin or Vitamin D take calories and that could contribute to a use in calories which you would not have at night. But the bigger than that is physical motion and blood sugar. (When you blood sugar is low your body goes into a 'starvation mode' and acts more efficiently which is why starvation diets are generally short term solutions to weight loss.) |

Home Country: | For some people, lunchtime is the best time to exercise, especially if co-workers keep you company. Just be sure to eat after you workout, not before. A lot of people workout right after work before going home.
One has to finding their comfort schedule to workout. On could try different times for a few weeks to find what is best suited for them.
